Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes! We offer free collection and delivery within our service area, making the process completely hassle-free
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the service and volume. We offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Laundry from £20 for up to 10Kgs. Ironing is from £20 per hour (with a one hour minimum). We charge hourly for the ironing because we have the tools to be more efficient.
What if I have special instructions?
No problem! Just let us know when booking or leave a note with your laundry — we’re happy to follow specific preferences.
How long does the service take?
Most orders are returned within 72 hours. We’ll confirm turnaround when we collect your laundry. Please ask if you have any special requirements.
How do I book?

What kind of items can you wash and iron?
We handle everyday clothing, bedding, towels, school uniforms, business shirts, and more. If it fits in your laundry basket, we can probably help!
Can you remove tough stains from clothing?
Nicola loves a challenge when it comes to stains, she is like a forensic investigator looking to solve the issue, but she will be honest with you if it is too bad.
Do I need to separate my laundry?
No need. We’ll sort whites, colours, and delicates as needed. Just place your items in a bag and we’ll take care of the rest
Can I choose ironing only or laundry only?
Yes — we offer laundry-only, ironing-only, or combined services. Whatever suits your needs best.
Do you wash items separately from other customers?
Absolutely. Each customer’s laundry is processed separately to maintain hygiene and quality.
